So tonight i watched Captain Phillips. As much as i think Tom Hanks is a fantastic actor. I dont seem to want to watch his films. But Cap Phillips intrigued me as its based on a true story about somali pirates taking over a cargo ship back in 2009. The captain was taken hostage. Quite a lot of things didn’t ring true. I think things could been resolved far quicker but hey the film will of no doubt inflamed the truth a little 😉 but all in all i rate it a good 8.5 well worth a watch 🙂
Bath time and i suppose time to reflect on the day 🙂 ive been rather busy today got my cellar staircase finished off just got the little bits and bobs to do now, had a hair cut, been to asda shopping, rang british gas and did some detective work :).

Thought i would upload this one as its from 1st jan 2014 goathland hunt at mulgrave estate. It was just a random snap but what i like is the woman and small child in the window. I find it spooky they both look like they are dressed in victorian clothing. I never noticed them until i was looking through my photos. Nor the shot taken previous or after show these two figures

I cant remember off the top of my head but about 6 years ago i started at teesside university. It was a topsy turvy time of my life both at uni and away! Youth got the better of me, don’t get me wrong i finished uni and did well but i could of done so much better but on the plus side i met some great friends and also some absolute prats but most were generally good guys. I studied graphic design and a little bit of photography. I really enjoy both of these subjects but uni made me realise (unfortunatly) these careers wern’t for me. My stress levels went through the roof. So nowadays i do some work purely for the pleasure of doing it, no ties, no deadlines and i thoroughly enjoy it 🙂 anyway what started me on university is i was looking through some old photos and found one of me and my mother and farther from my graduation 🙂
So last Thursday (its now the following tuesday) i ordered a Dewalt drill driver with hammer. They said it was parcel force 24. So me being me expected it on friday but oh no, because i ordered it late on thursday it would be the next day. Fair enough, turns out parcelforce dont deliver on saturday 😦 so eventually monday come skipping around the corner. Yippee my drill turns up at 3:45 so i gets it open and the was no box nor a charger with it. So i rang uktoolmart up and they said they would post the bits out for tomorrow. I was a bit pissed off but hey ho, i decided to look at my drill gets it our of the scabby cardboard box it come in and it was the wrong frigging drill. So i gets back on the phone (all this in works hours) and gives then some gip and finally it appeared today 🙂

So my and the girl went for a nice walk round roseberry topping as she was hung over from her night in Redcar. We decided the fresh air would do her good :). Our little amble along soon turned into about a 8 mile trek! Lol it was fun though as our days out usually are. Half way around our walk just under captain cooks monument so yanks that were behind us were gaining on us so we decided to stop alongside a sandstone wall for a few “selfie shots” only to find that the stone wall that had stood proud for hundreds of years was highly susceptible to sitting and leaning on after an almighty rumble the wall was stroon all over the field. Wooopsiee
So Rhiannon wanted to watch a film tonight that prematurely i said was garbage. Turns out I’m actually enjoying it and shes snoring like a trooper 😛 Shes a poorly girl though, coffing like she smoked 100 fags a day for the past 23 years lol hope she gets well soon.
Right guys ( if anyone ever actually reads this) so here is the start of my blog. Im not an avid blogger but the girlfriend got me watching a few vlogs, and its got me interested in the whole idea of documenting things online.
So here is a little bit of whats gone on this week. My loverly girlfriend Rhiannon learnt french as she says its her favourite accent she can now say words like “baguette” Haha shes really fluent, Not!
Ive have also decided to start putting some effort into organising my cellar. Ive began with attempting to put a half spiral staircase in. Ive got 3 steps done so far and its proving harder than i first anticipated. I will take some photos and get them blogged.
